There have been a few reports of credits (gold) or coins (cash) not crediting properly to players' accounts for iOS (Apple) devices. Some of these players have also experienced issues with the store loading after trying to make a purchase as well.
After investigating further, our team was able to release a new update (version 0.6.2) that should fix these issues with being unable to make or complete purchases in Nitro Nation World Tour on iOS.
In order for this update to work, you'll need to go directly to the Apple App Store and manually download the update from there. Please be sure to close the game and then reopen it again once the update has been completed. (Our team will also be working to update all iOS players to version 0.6.2 as soon as possible soon.)
If you have made a purchase through the App Store, and still haven't received your purchase, please contact our Support team directly with the following information, and we'll be happy to investigate further:
- In-game username (a screenshot of your Mythical ID profile page in-game will suffice as well)
- Email address associated with your Mythical account (if you have a Mythical account)
- A screenshot of the Apple App Store order that clearly shows the Order ID, package name, price, and date the package was purchased
If you are still having issues loading the store after attempting to make a purchase, please be sure to download the latest update via the Apple App Store. After that, please retry your purchase. If these steps do not work, however, please don't hesitate to contact our Support team for further assistance and troubleshooting.
